브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자 = 국민의힘이 30일 TBS 라디오 '김어준의 뉴스공장'에서 하차한 방송인 김어준을 강하게 비판했다.
신주호 국민의힘 부대변인은 이날 '마지막까지 궤변을 늘어놓은 '가짜 뉴스' 공장장 김어준 씨, 착각은 자유다'라는 제목의 논평을 냈다. 신 부대변인은 논평에서 "김어준 씨가 '3년 6개월 후에 다시 돌아와 그 이후 20년간 청취율 1위를 하겠다'라는 말을 남기고 마지막 방송을 끝냈다"며 "소중한 혈세를 이용해 끊임없이 가짜 뉴스를 퍼뜨리고 극단적 편향성을 보이는 등 수많은 논란의 중심에 있었던 인물다운 마지막 발언"이라고 직격했다.

그는 이어 "'김어준의 뉴스공장' 방송 내용은 고장난 레코드처럼 한쪽의 일방적 주장만 반복했고, 하다못해 혈세를 지원받는 그의 출연료가 얼마인지조차 명확히 알려지지 않았다"며 "극단적 편파성을 공정으로 합리화하려 아무리 노력해도 공공의 방송을 정치적 선전 도구로 이용하고 싶어 하는 김 씨의 숨겨진 저의를 모르는 사람은 없다"고 말했다.
또 "다시 돌아오겠다는 김어준 씨의 희망은 이루어질 수 없을 것"이라며 "지금부터라도 본인이 양산해 사회를 혼란스럽게 했던 가짜 뉴스에 대해 반성하는 시간을 갖길 바란다"고 밝혔다.
