산림청 주관 2022년 전국 산림조합 산림경영기술지도 종합평가에서 파주시산림조합은 大賞을 수상하여 16년 연속 수상 기록을 달성했다고 30일 밝혔다.
또한, 금년도에 시행한 “산림통합경영관련분야 사진콘테스트에서 2년 연속 우수상을 수상하얐다.

파주시산림조합은 전국 142개 산림조합을 대상으로 실시한 평가에서 전문임업인육성, 산림명문가발굴, 이달의 임업인발굴, 임산물생산자조직육성, 임야대상경영체등록, 산림소득공모사업, 산림사업종합자금지원, 단기소득임산물재배 임가 및 산주의 산림소득 증대, 민간인 통제선 민북지역 및 국방부소관 국유림 산림경영 컨설팅으로 공간적·규모적·규제적 제한성을 극복했다는 평가를 받았다.
산림청 산림소득공모사업에 산림경영컨설팅 부문에서는 파주시 최초로 김정호임업후계자(금곡리 쇠꼴농장)가 산림복합경영사업 대상자로 선정되어 2차년도 사업이 완료되어 단기소득임산물 재배단지를 조성하게 되었으며, 민통선지역에서 임미려 임업후계자가 민간인통제구역에서 산림작물생산기반 단지가 조성되어 임업인 소득증대는 물론 귀림 귀촌을 희망하시는 분들의 산 교육장으로 탈바꿈 시켰다.
