진주시, 2023년 내 집 주차장 갖기 사업 진행

[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 도심 주택가의 주차문제 해결을 위해 1면당 최대 200만원까지 지원하는 ‘2023년 내 집 주차장 갖기 사업을 진행한다고 6일 밝혔다.

내 집 주차장 갖기 사업은 기존 주택의 대문 또는 담장을 철거하거나 개량해 주차장을 설치하는 시민에게 공사비 일부를 지원하는 사업이다.

신청 건축물은 동지역 및 문산읍·금산면 일부 도심지역의 주택용 이나 복합건축물의 연면적 660㎡ 이하이면서 주택으로 사용하는 부분이 50% 이상이면 신청 가능하다.

이번 주차장 설치에 소요되는 공사비의 90%까지 지원되고 지원 한도는 1가구 1면 설치 시 200만원, 1가구 2면 이상 설치 시에는 300만원이다.

하지만 보조금을 지원받은 시민은 주차장 설치 완료 다음해부터 5년 동안 용도변경이나 사용목적을 위배했을 경우 보조금을 환수된다.

진주시는 “담장이나 대문을 헐어 주차장을 조성하는 만큼 내 집 주차장 갖기 사업에 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.
