브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차그룹이 학대 피해 아동들의 치료를 돕기 위해 디지털 테라피 (Digital Therapeutics, DTx)라는 새로운 접근방식을 도입한 이동형 상담 모빌리티 ‘아이케어카(iCAREcar)’를 13일 공개했다.
디지털 테라피(DTx)는 질병을 예방, 관리, 치료하기 위해 모바일 앱, AR·VR (증강현실), 인공지능 등 디지털 기술을 다방면으로 도입한 차세대 치료방안으로, 누구나 언제 어디서든 쉽게 사용할 수 있다는 장점으로 인해 현재 바이오 산업에서 각광받고 있는 의료 분야다.
현대차 스타리아를 기반으로 완성된 아이케어카 내부는 심리 상담에 최적화된 형태로 개발됐다. 현대차·기아, 현대모비스, 현대오토에버, 현대차 자회사인 포티투닷(42dot) 등 5개사가 참여해 다양한 모빌리티 기술을 적용했다.
해당 차량은 글로벌 아동권리 전문NGO인 굿네이버스에 지난 11일 기증돼 현장에 투입됐다. 이번 차량 기증으로 학대 피해 아동들의 심리 치유와 안정을 돕는 것을 비롯해 가정방문 상담 및 안전한 이동 제공이 가능하게 됐다.
아이케어카에 적용돼 DTx에 활용된 기술은 △몰입형 디스플레이(Immersive Display) 기술 △다중화자 분리형 AI 음성인식 기술(SSR, Smart Sound Recognition) △뇌파 기반 스트레스 측정 기술 등 대표적으로 세 종류다.

아이의 감정 상태를 실시간으로 분석할 수 있는 뇌파 기반 스트레스 측정 기술(엠브레인)은 아동이 상담 받는 동안 귀에 이어셋을 착용하면 뇌파 신호를 감지해 아이의 스트레스 정도를 실시간으로 파악한다.
