브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 쌍용자동차는 17일 보도자료를 통해 설 연휴 고객들의 안전하고 편안한 고향방문을 위해 ‘설 명절 고객감사 차량점검 서비스’를 실시한다고 밝혔다.
설 연휴를 대비해 오는 19일까지 진행되는 설 명절 고객감사 차량점검 서비스는 귀성 및 귀경길에 나서는 고객들의 안전한 운행을 돕기 위해 직영서비스센터에서 시행된다.
차량점검서비스 내용은 히터/에어컨 작동상태 점검은 물론, 엔진, 브레이크, 냉각수, 엔진오일 등 각종 오일류 및 벌브류 점검을 비롯해 타이어 공기압 측정ㆍ보충 등 장거리 운행해 필요한 10개의 기본 항목으로 귀성∙귀경길 안전한 차량 운행을 위한 일상점검 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
대상차종은 쌍용차 판매 전 차종(대형상용차 제외)으로 서비스는 오전 8시 30분부터 오후 5시 30분까지이다. 직영서비스센터에 차량을 입고한 고객을 대상으로 차량점검을 실시할 예정이다.
한편, 쌍용차는 설 명절 자동차 운행 중 고장 또는 교통사고 발생시 신속한 지원을 위해 긴급 출동반도 상시 운영 예정이며, 긴급 상황 발생시 서비스를 활용해 가장 가까운 정비소로부터 신속한 서비스를 받을 수 있다.
