울진군, 전남 영광군과 고향사랑기부금 품앗이 기부

손병복 울진군수와 강종만 영광군수는 이날 각각 NH농협은행 울진군지부와 NH농협은행 영광군지부를 방문해 100만원을 상대방 지방자치단체에 기부하고 고향사랑기부제 활성화를 응원했다.

그리고 울진군과 영광군의 간부 공무원들과 지역농협조합장들도 자발적으로 품앗이 기부 행사에 동참했다.

이번 기부는 지방 소멸을 막고 균형 발전을 이루기 위한 대안 가운데 하나인 고향사랑기부제를 국민에게 적극적으로 알리기 위해 마련됐다.

손병복 울진군수는“이번 행사를 통해 고향사랑 기부문화가 확산되어 소멸 위기에 몰린 울진과 영광 경제에 활력을 불어넣고, 두 지자체 간 교류로 상생, 화합하길 바란다”라고 말했다.

한편 고향사랑기부제는 개인이 고향에 기부하고 지자체는 이를 모아 주민 복리에 사용하는 제도로 주민등록상 거주지(기초, 광역자치단체)를 제외한 모든 지자체에 기부 가능하며 연간 상한액은 500만원이다.

온라인‘고향사랑e음’종합정보시스템(ilovegohyang.go.kr)과 오프라인(전국NH농협은행, 농축협)을 통해 기부가 가능하며, 기부자에게는 세액 공제(10만원 이하100%, 10만원 초과 16.5%)와 함께 기부 금액 30%한도의 답례품 혜택이 주어진다.
