한국타이어 신입사원 130명이 사회 첫걸음으로 봉사활동을 전개했다.
한국타이어앤테크놀로지㈜(대표이사 이수일, 이하 한국타이어)에 따르면 신입사원들이 19일 대전광역시자원봉사연합회와 함께 소외계층 가정을 위한 설맞이 반찬 키트를 제작해 전달했다.
이들은 대전에 위치한 행복한집 무료 급식소에서 직접 조리한 밑반찬과 함께 식용유 세트도 전달했다.
이번 봉사활동은 한국타이어 신입사원 교육 프로그램의 일환으로 기획됐으며 사회에 첫발을 내딛는 인재들이 나눔과 상생의 가치에 대해 먼저 배우고 이를 몸소 경험할 수 있도록 했다.
신입사원들은 본격적인 직무 기초 교육에 앞서 지난 1월 2일부터 기본 소양과 경영철학을 이해하는 입문 교육을 진행 중이다.
4주 간의 교육 기간 동안 한국타이어의 인재상인 자율적이고 창의적인 ‘프로액티브 리더(Proactive Leader)’로서 개인의 성장 비전을 정립하는 시간을 갖는다.
