대전국토청이 건설현장 불법행위 근절에 나섰다.
대전국토청은 2일 건설현장 불법행위 근절을 위해 충청권역 실무협의체와 지역협의체 간담회를 가졌다.
실무협의체는 대전지방국토관리청, 경찰청(대전·충북·충남·세종), 대전지방고용노동청, 대전지방공정거래사무소 등 행정기관이며 지역협의체는 대전지방국토관리청, 광역지자체(대전·충북·충남·세종),건설관련 민간협회,LH,한국도로공사, 국가철도공단 등 민관으로 구성된 불법 대응팀이다.
이날 간담회는 건설노조의 조합원 채용 강요·협박 등 불공정과 불법행위에 대한 실효적인 대응을 위한 실무협의체의 운영 방안을 위해 논의됐다.
또 건설현장에서의 불법행위를 예방하고 공정한 건설현장 문화를 조성하기 위한 방안도 논의됐다.
대전국토청 건설현장 불법행위 대응을 위한 전담팀은 지난 11일부터 운영중이며 충청지역 지방경찰청, 대전지방고용노동청, 대전지방공정거래사무소와 협력해 현장 점검·단속, 불법행위 신고·접수·처리(고발 등) 등의 업무를 주관하고 있다.
대한건설협회, 대한전문건설협회, 한국주택협회 등 3개 단체도 건설노조 불법행위 신고센터를 운영하고 있으며, 신고된 사항은 즉시 대전지방국토관리청으로 이관되어 실무협의체를 통한 공동 조사에 나서고 있다.
대전국토청은 공공기관 건설현장에서는 불법행위 또는 피해사례 확인 시 해당 기관에서 민·형사 대응 등 적극적인 법적조치 할 예정이며, 피해업체에 대한 구제·지원 방안 등도 함께 추진한다.
박건수 대전국토청장은 “정부 차원에서 건설노조 불법행위 근절에 노력을 기울이고 있는 만큼, 공공건설 현장에서부터 건설현장 불법행위를 근절하여 공정한 건설문화를 만들 수 있도록 힘을 모아야 할 것”이라며"대전청에서는 건설현장 불법행위 대응 T/F를 구성해서 현장조사를 강화하고 불법행위 예방에 노력을 해나갈 것”이라고 덧붙였다.
