[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시가 읍·면·동 주민불편 해소사업 514건에 대한 자체 설계를 통해 10억원의 예산 절감을 했다고 3일 밝혔다.
시는 2023년도 건설사업의 신속 집행과 실시설계 용역비 절감을 위해 지난해 12월 19일부터 3일까지 합동설계단을 운영해 165억원의 공사에 대해 설계용역비 10억원의 예산을 절감했다.
이를 통해 진주시는 신속한 사업집행으로 지역경제 활성화에 크게 도움이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
합동설계단은 도시건설국장 총괄책임으로 공무원 4개반 38명으로 편성해 사전조사·현황측량·설계도서 작성 및 검토 등을 거쳐 올해 사업대상지 514건에 대해 설계를 완료했다.
조규일 진주시장은“앞으로도 주민불편사항에 대해서는 신속하게 사업을 추진해 주민불편 해소에 최선을 다 하겠다”고 말했다.
