김해시, 다자녀가구 주거비 지원

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 김해시는 올해부터 경남도와 함께 무주택 다자녀가구의 주거 안정을 위해 LH 매입임대주택을 활용한 ‘다자녀가구 주거비 지원사업’을 추진한다고 9일 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 김해시 소재 LH 매입임대주택 입주 예정인 미성년 4자녀 이상 무주택 다자녀가구를 대상으로 가구당 최대 3,000만 원의 임대보증금과 최대 10만 원의 월임대료를 지원한다.

도비를 포함한 사업비 총 6,240만 원 한도 내에서 2가구 정도 지원할 예정이며, 지원 기간은 1회 2년으로 재계약 시 지원 가구가 미성년 4자녀 미달되기 전월까지 지원한다.

지원을 희망하는 자는 LH 매입임대주택 입주자모집 공고에 따라 입주대상자로 선정이 되면 LH와 임대차계약을 체결한 후 주거비 지원 신청서와 구비서류를 지참해 김해시 공동주택과로 신청하면 된다.
