김준일파는 연등회를 하루 앞둔 4월 7일에 백련사에 마련해둔 안가에서 모여 최의를 제거하기로 결정하고 죽일 방법까지 구체적으로 마련했다.
하지만.... 이 비밀이 김준의 아들 김대재(金大材) 때문에 누설될 줄이야....
