[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 사회복지시설 종사자의 자긍심 제고 및 안정적이고 수준 높은 보듬복지 서비스 기반 마련을 위해 2023년 사회복지시설 종사자에 대한 처우개선 사업을 확정하고 본격 시행한다고 17일 밝혔다.
올해 처우개선 사업은 민선 8기 공약사업으로 복지 수요 증가와 사회복지시설 종사자의 업무강도가 높아지는 상황을 고려해 87억원을 투입해 4개 분야 11개 사업을 추진한다.
