브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 신용보증기금은 IBK기업은행과 ‘IP금융 활성화를 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 2일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 우수 지식재산을 보유한 기술혁신기업을 적극 지원하고 지식재산(IP) 가치평가 금융을 활성화하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 IP보유기업에 대한 신속한 자금 지원과 금융비용 절감을 위해 적극 협력할 예정이다. 신보는 ‘IP-Value 보증’을 통해 특허권을 활용한 사업화 소요자금 최대 3억원과 고정보증료 0.7% 적용 혜택을 지원하고, 기업은행은 해당 보증기업에 최대 1.0%p 금리감면과 3년간 연 0.3%p의 보증료 지원 혜택을 제공한다.
‘IP-Value 보증’은 특허권을 보유하고 기술사업화 매출이 있는 중소기업을 대상으로 신보가 자체 개발한 빅데이터 기반 자동화 IP가치평가시스템(KIVE, KODIT IP Valuation E-system)을 활용해 운전자금을 지원하는 보증이다. 별도의 평가 비용 부담이 없으며 평가기간 단축에 따른 신속한 자금지원도 가능하다.
신보 관계자는 “이번 협약을 통해 우수 지식재산을 보유한 혁신기업들이 낮은 금융비용 부담으로 신속하게 자금을 지원받을 수 있게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 신보는 다양한 IP금융 프로그램을 마련해 혁신금융 활성화에 기여할 것이다”고 말했다.
