브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 이창용 한국은행 총재는 7일 부동산 투자와 관련, 과거에 계속 가격이 올라왔다고 미래에도 오를 것이란 생각은 위험하다고 경고했다.
이창용 총재는 이날 '방송기자클럽 초청 토론회'에서 "자녀가 집값의 절반을 대출받아 사겠다고 하면 어떤 조언을 해줄 것인가"라고 묻는 질문에 이같은 뜻을 밝혔다.
이 총재는 "이자율 등을 생각할 때 자기 소득에 맞춰 고민하고, 더 신중하게 자산을 운용하라고 권하고 싶다"면서 "부동산을 대마불사(大馬不死), 불패 신화로 보는 시각이 있는데 인구 고령화 등을 고려할 때 과거 트렌드가 미래에도 계속 될 것이라고 생각하는 것은 다시 고려해봐야 한다"고 말했다.
