브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이재명 더불어민주당 대표는 10일 경기지사 시절 초대 비서실장인 전모씨가 극단적 선택을 한데 대해 "과도한 압박 수사 때문에 생긴 일이지 이재명 때문인가"라고 밝혔다.
이재명 대표는 이날 경기도의회에서 열린 현장 최고위원회의에서 "어제 믿을 수 없는 부고를 접했다. 그는 제가 만난 공직자 중 가장 청렴하고 성실하고 헌신적이고 유능했다"며 이같이 말했다.
이 대표는 "그는 이제 퇴직해 제2의 인생을 시작하려던 참으로 모범적인 공무원이었다"며 "자랑스러운 공직 생활 성과를 검찰 조작 앞에 부정당하고 지속적 압박 수사로 얼마나 힘들었겠나"라고 토로했다.
