12일 대전신세계 Art&Science에 따르면 대전신세계는 지난 11일 대전북부아동보호전문기관 개소식에 참석해 3000만원 상당의 업무차량 2대를 후원했다.

이날 개소한 대전북부아동보호전문기관은 유성구와 대덕구를 관할하며 자치구 아동학대 조사업무 지원, 사례관리, 상담, 치료 서비스 등을 제공하며 아동학대 예방과 재발 방지를 위한 사업을 수행하게 된다.

전달한 차량은 향후 학대피해아동 및 가족 상담을 위한 현장방문, 피해 아동 외부병원진료 동행 등을 위해 활용될 계획이다.
