브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 쿠팡의 물류 전문 자회사 쿠팡로지스틱스서비스(CLS)가 3인 각자 대표이사 체제로 전환한다.
CLS는 강현오 운영부문 대표이사, 이선승 신사업부문 대표이사, 홍용준 경영지원부문 대표이사 3인이 전문성을 바탕으로 시너지를 낼 것이라고 15일 밝혔다.
이번 인사를 통해 CLS는 견고한 리더십을 구축하고, 전문분야에 대한 책임경영을 강화해 나간다는 방침이다.
강현오 대표이사는 회계, 재무, 물류 오퍼레이션 등 다양한 분야에서 경험을 쌓은 전문가로서 2016년 쿠팡에 합류해 2023년 3월부터 CLS 운영부문 대표를 맡았다. 강 대표는 CLS의 오퍼레이션과 재무 등을 담당하며 비즈니스 운영 관리 전반을 지원한다.
이선승 대표이사는 로켓배송 초창기인 2014년 쿠팡에 합류해 고객중심 경영과 배송혁신을 주도해온 물류 전문가로, 2021년 CLS 대표이사로 선임돼 기존 택배사와 차별화하는데 기여했다. 이 대표는 그동안의 경험을 토대로 앞으로 신사업 부문에 집중한다.
CLS는 홍용준 전 김앤장 법률사무소 변호사를 경영지원총괄 대표이사로 신규 선임했다. 홍 대표이사는 CLS의 기업법무 전반을 담당하는 것은 물론 컴플라이언스, 안전보건, 인사 등 ESG 경영 강화를 위한 업무에 집중할 예정이다. 홍 대표는 김앤장 법률사무소에서 컴플라이언스, 공정거래, 인사노무, 지식재산권 등 다양한 분야에서 법률자문 경험을 쌓았다.
