브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 중소기업 직장인 5명중 3명정도가 ‘이직 제의를 받은 경험이 있다’고 답했다.
26일 잡코리아에 따르면 중소기업에 근무하는 직장인 234명을 대상으로 ‘이직 제의 경험’에 대해 설문조사를 진행한 결과, 전체 응답자 중 62.8%가 ‘이직 제의를 받은 경험이 있다’고 답했다.
경력별로는 ‘경력 6~10년 이하’ 직장인 중 ‘이직 제의를 받은 적 있다’는 응답자가 71.4%로 가장 많았다. 이어 ‘경력 11~15년 이하(62.5%)’, ‘경력 16~20년 이하(62.5%)’ 등이었다. ‘경력 5년이하’ 직장인 중에도 절반에 달하는 56.4%로 많았다.
이직 제의는 ‘취업 플랫폼이나 서치펌’을 통해 연락을 받았다는 직장인이 51.0%로 가장 많았고, ‘업무 중 유관 기업이나 협력사에서 이직 제의를 받은 적 있다’는 응답자도 38.8%로 상대적으로 많았다.
이직 제의를 받은 경험이 있는 직장인들에게 이직 제의를 받은 후 해당 기업에 대해 어떤 마음이 들었는지 질문한 결과, ‘해당 기업을 긍정적으로 보게 됐다’는 답변이 54.4%로 절반 이상으로 높았다.
이직 제의를 받은 직장인 중 실제 제의받은 기업으로 이직에 성공한 직장인은 42.9%에 달했다. 이직 제의를 받은 직장인 5명중 2명 정도가 실제 이직 성공까지 이어진 것이다.
