세종교육청이 1일 청사 대강당에서 본청 전 직원과 직속 기관 직원을 대상으로 6월 월례 회의를 개최했다.
이날 월례 회의는 2022학년도 학교 청렴 노력도 우수 기관 및 직원 표창 ,교육감 당부 말씀 ,행동강령 청렴 교육 ,직장 교육 인문학 특강 순으로 진행됐다.
회의에 앞서 2022년 국민권익위원회 주관 종합청렴도 2등급 달성을 위해 함께 노력한 ‘학교 청렴 노력도 우수 기관 및 직원’에 대한 표창 수여식이 있었다.
기관 표창으로 해들유치원이, 개인 표창으로는 ,해들유치원 ,온빛초등학교 ,연서중학교 ,해밀고등학교 교원 총 4명이 표창을 받았다.
이어, 최 교육감은 ‘공무원이 지켜야 할 행동 기준 알기’라는 주제로 최근 강조되고 있는 갑질 예방 교육, 공무원 행동강령 준수 사항에 대해 교육했다.
강의에서 “공무원으로 산다는 것은 누구보다 원칙을 지키는 삶을 살아가는 것”이라며, ”우리 모두가 청렴하고 공정한 업무 수행을 하면서도 옆에서 함께 일하는 동료에게 고마운 마음과 서로 존중하는 마음가짐도 잊지 않기를 바란다.“라고 당부했다.
직장 교육 인문학 특강에서는 (사)국민총행복전환포럼 박진도 이사장이 우리는 왜 행복하지 않은가 ,한국 사회의 패러다임의 전환 등 ‘국민총행복과 교육’이라는 주제로 진행됐다.
특강에 참석한 원유복 사무관은 “우리나라 어린이 행복지수(2021년)가 OECD 22개국 중 꼴찌라는 사실이 충격적”이라며, “한국 사회가 코로나19를 계기로 더 나은 사회로 나아가려면, 국내총생산(GDP) 위주의 성장 중독에서 벗어나 국민총행복(GNH) 실현에 두는 패러다임의 대전환이 필요하다는 말에 깊이 동감했다.”라고 말했다.
