20일 잡코리아에 따르면 직장인 502명을 대상으로 ‘직장인 점심값 현황’에 대해 조사한 결과, 올해 직장인들은 점심값으로 평균 7761원을 사용하고 있었다.
이는 회사 근처 식당에서 점심을 사 먹는 직장인부터 구내식당을 이용하거나 도시락을 싸 오는 직장인들까지 포함한 평균치로, 2018년 직장인 평균 점심값 6230원 대비 5년 만에 24.7% 오른 것으로 나타났다.
점심 식사를 어떻게 해결하는지에 따라 식사비용은 달랐다. 회사 근처 식당에서 사 먹는 직장인들은 점심값으로 평균 9289원을 지출해 편의점 음식(6432원)과 구내식당(7322원)을 이용하는 직장인보다 점심값을 더 많이 지출했다. 직접 도시락을 싸 오는 직장인 그룹은 점심 한 끼로 평균 5938원을 지출한다고 답해 가장 저렴했다.

직장인들이 생각하는 적정 점심값은 실제 지출하고 있는 점심 평균값 7761원보다 1685원 낮은 6076원이 적당하다고 답했다.
