10일 잡코리아에 따르면 초복을 앞두고 직장인 702명에게 ‘복날에 보양식을 챙겨 먹는지’ 질문한 결과, 88.3%가 ‘챙겨 먹는다’라고 답했다.
보양식을 챙겨 먹는 이유는 ‘피로 회복, 활력 증진 등 건강에 도움이 될 것 같아서(80.2%)’가 압도적인 응답률로 1위에 올랐고, ‘매년 여름철 보양식을 챙겨 먹어서(38.9%)’, ‘보양식 음식이 입맛에 맞고 맛있어서(17.3%)’, ‘주변에서 먹으라고 챙겨서(10.0%)’ 등이었다.
