브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 자동차 거래 플랫폼 엔카닷컴이 7월 중고차 시세를 공개했다.
엔카닷컴은 자사의 빅데이터를 토대로 7월 국산차 및 수입차 대표 모델들의 시세를 분석한 결과, 평균 시세는 전월 대비 0.26% 상승한 보합세다.
7월은 일반적으로 여름 휴가 시즌에 접어들면서 여행, 레저 등 이동과 아웃도어 활동이 많아지는만큼 SUV 차량 수요가 증가한다.
특히 SUV 중에서도 보다 활용성이 큰 중형급 이상 세그먼트 모델을 중심으로 시세 상승폭이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는 국산 및 수입 중고차 모두에서 비슷한 양상을 보였다.
국산차 평균 시세는 0.18% 미세하게 하락해 전월 대비 변동폭이 크지 않았다.
그 중 대표 패밀리 RV로 인기가 높은 '기아 더 뉴 카니발 9인승 프레스티지'는 전월 대비 2.27% 시세가 올랐다.
이어 현대 팰리세이드 2.2 2WD 프레스티지 1.13%, 제네시스 GV80 3.5T 가솔린 AWD는 1.07% 가량 상승했다.
이 외에도 준중형, 중형급인 더 뉴 싼타페, 스포티지 더 볼드도 1% 중반대의 시세 상승률을 보였다.
반면 더 뉴 SM6 1.8 TCe 프리미에르, 더 뉴 아반떼 AD 1.6 스마트는 3%로 시세가 다소 하락했으며, 이 외 더 뉴 그랜저 IG, 쏘나타 (DN8), K5 3세대와 같은 모델은 시세가 하락하진 않았지만 상승폭이 미미한 수준이다.
휴가철 SUV 시세 상승 트렌드는 수입차에서 더 뚜렷하게 나타났다.
수입차 평균 시세는 0.78% 상승한 가운데, 중고차 시장에서도 수요가 높은 E-클래스, 5시리즈와 같은 대표 중대형 세단들의 시세가 하락한 데 비해 중대형 SUV 모델들의 시세는 상승세를 보였다.
가장 많이 오른 건 BMW X5 (G05) xDrive 30d xLine으로, 이 모델은 지난 달에 이어 2.77% 올랐다.

이와 관련 엔카닷컴 관계자는 “신차 프로모션이 활발한 시즌임에도 꾸준한 SUV 인기 트렌드와 맞물려 상대적으로 합리적인 가격대에 구매할 수 있는 중고 SUV에 대한 수요가 증가한 것으로 보인다”며 “유가 및 중고차 가격 안정화까지 더해져 여름 휴가철 시점 전까지 활발한 거래가 이루어질 것으로 예상된다”고 말했다.
한편 이번에 공개된 중고차 시세는 엔카닷컴 빅데이터를 토대로 현대자동차, 기아, 르노코리아자동차, KG모빌리티 등 국내 완성차 브랜드와 벤츠, BMW, 아우디 등 수입차 브랜드의 2020년식 인기 차종 중고차 시세를 분석한 결과로, 주행거리 기준은 60,000km이며 무사고 차량을 대상으로 분석했다.
