과천시가 초기 창업기업을 대상으로 사무공간을 5년간 무상 임대한다.
과천시는 창업기업의 육성과 성장을 지원하고, 경쟁력 있는 기업의 관내 정착을 유도하기 위해 초기 창업기업을 대상으로 사무공간을 5년간 무상 임대한다고 지난 6월 29일 보도자료를 통해 밝혔다.
임대가 이뤄지는 사무공간은 11평대 5개, 12평대 4개, 14평대 1개, 22평대 1개 등 총 11개 로, 과천지식정보타운 지식산업센터 3블록 과천상상자이타워 B동(갈현동 456번지) 내에 있다.
과천시는 해당 공간을 ㈜과천상상PFV로부터 공공기여로 확보했으며, 7월 14일까지 사무공간 임대 신청을 받는다.
사무공간 무상 임대는 2018년 6월 28일 이후 창업한 5년 미만의 창업자면 신청이 가능하며, 과천시 창업·상권활성화센터 운영위원회의 서류심사 및 대면 심사 후 최종 선정된다.
최종 선정된 기업은 과천시장의 추천서를 받아 ㈜과천상상PFV와 직접 임대차 계약을 체결한 뒤, 이르면 8월 초부터 입주가 가능하다.
