이 결의대회 개최목적은 2022년 8월 '광복 80주년 맞이 코리안드림 1000만 캠페인 시민조직위원회' 출범 후 지난 2월 권역별 조직위를 출범시키고 2025년까지 본격적으로 사업을 추진하기 위한 결의대회이자 사업계획발표.
