지난 4월 산불 피해 이웃에게 2차 성금이 지원됐다.
희망브리지 전국재해구호협회(회장 송필호)는 지난 4월 강릉과 충남, 대전 등에서 산불로 피해를 본 355세대에 희망브리지를 포함한 3개 모금 단체가 2차 위로금 76억1천722만5천원을 지원했다고 17일 밝혔다. 지난 6월 긴급 지원한 국민성금을 포함하면 총 127억6천522만5천원이 피해 이웃에게 지원됐다.
희망브리지는 행정안전부와 각 해당 지자체를 비롯해 사회복지공동모금회, 대한적십자사와의 협의를 통해 2차 위로금 지원 대상과 규모를 결정했다.
2차 성금은 피해 유형별, 규모별로 지급기준이 정해졌다. 희망브리지를 포함한 3개 단체는 주택피해에 대해 ▲실거주 주택전소 20평~25평 세대에 1천5백만원 ▲실거주 주택전소 25평~30평 세대에 3천만원 ▲ 실거주 주택전소 30평~35평 세대에 4천5백만원 ▲ 실거주 주택전소 35평 이상 세대에 6천만원 ▲실거주 주택반소 20평~25평 세대에 7백50만원 ▲실거주 주택반소 25평~30평 세대에 1천5백만원 ▲ 실거주 주택반소 30평~35평 세대에 2천250만원 ▲ 실거주 주택반소 35평 이상 세대에 3천만원▲ 주택소파 세대 5백만원(최초) ▲세입자 5백만원을 지원한다.
주택피해 세대 외에도 강원지역 내 소상공인 피해에 대해 피해 지자체로부터 요청받은 부가세 신고액 기준으로 각 구간별로 지원키로 확정했다. ▲5천만원 미만에 2천만원 ▲5천만원~1억원 미만에 3천만원 ▲1억원~3억원 미만에 4천만원 ▲3억원 이상에 5천만원이 지원된다.

62년 역사의 구호모금 전문기관 희망브리지는 지원의 지역별 중복·누락·편중을 막고 균등하게 지원하는 배분 원칙을 가지고 있다. 이번 산불 역시 긴급 이사회에서 확정한 강원 강릉 지역의 주택피해 2차 지원기준을 충청남도, 대전광역시 서구의 피해 세대에도 동일 적용해 지원했다.
