브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 인천도시공사와 DL이앤씨 컨소시엄은 9월 중으로 ‘e편한세상 검단 웰카운티’를 분양할 예정이라고 28일 밝혔다.
인천 서구 검단신도시 AA10-1블록에 들어서는 이 단지는 지하 2층~지상 25층, 14개 동(테라스 3개 동 포함), 전용면적 59~104㎡ 총 1458가구로 조성된다.
전용면적별 가구 수는 △59㎡A 271가구 △59㎡B 312가구 △84㎡A 393가구 △84㎡B 50가구 △84㎡C 124가구 △84㎡T 14가구 △84㎡PH 2가구 △104㎡A 196가구 △104㎡B 96가구 등이다.
단지는 전용 85㎡ 이하(59㎡∙84㎡) 국민주택과 전용 85㎡ 초과(104㎡) 민영주택으로 구성된다.
단지가 들어서는 검단신도시는 교육, 행정, 업무 기능이 조화된 자족형 복합도시로 개발될 예정이다. 총 3단계에 걸쳐 개발이 이뤄지는데 1단계에는 총 3만3320가구의 주거타운이 조성될 것으로 예상된다.

단지 내에는 e편한세상의 조경 브랜드인 ‘드포엠(dePoem)’을 적용한다. 드포엠의 대표 공간인 드포엠 파크가 단지 중앙에 조성되며, 그린카페, 잔디마당, 수경시설이 들어선다.
