브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자서비스가 추석 연휴 중 임시 공휴일인 10월 2일 월요일에 휴대폰 수리 서비스 제공을 위해 서비스센터 32곳을 운영한다.
10월 2일이 임시 공휴일로 지정되며 추석 연휴가 6일간 이어짐에 따라 휴대폰 고장으로 통화가 불가능한 고객을 위해 긴급 수리 서비스를 지원하는 취지다.
임시 공휴일에 운영되는 서비스센터는 권역별로 △서울·인천 △경기·강원 △대전·충청 각 7곳, △대구·경북 △부산·울산·경남 각 4곳, △광주·전북·제주 3곳으로 총 32곳이다.
세부 위치는 삼성전자서비스 홈페이지를 통해 확인 가능하다. 운영시간은 9시부터 18시까지이다.
서비스 제공 대상은 휴대폰 전원 안 켜짐, 전화 송수신 불가, 사용이 불가능할 정도의 디스플레이 파손 등 휴대폰 고장으로 인한 통화 불가능 증상이다. 휴대폰을 제외한 태블릿, 노트북, 웨어러블 제품은 임시 공휴일 서비스를 제공하지 않는다.
삼성전자서비스는 추석 연휴 기간 ‘냉장고 냉동·냉장 안됨’ 등 가전제품 고장으로 긴급한 수리가 필요한 경우에 한해 출장서비스도 제공한다.
또한, 삼성전자서비스 홈페이지에 제품별 관리 및 자가 조치 요령과, 고객이 많이 물어본 질문과 Self 해결 방법 등을 안내하고 챗봇으로 24시간 상담 서비스를 제공하여 고객의 불편을 최소화할 계획이다.
삼성전자서비스 관계자는 “추석 연휴 고객 불편 최소화를 위해 32개 서비스센터를 운영한다”며 “통화 불가로 점검이 필요한 경우 홈페이지의 권역별 운영 센터를 확인 후 방문이 필요하다”고 전했다.
