이번 사업은 환동해 해양레저관광 공동마케팅 사업의 일환으로 경상북도문화관광공사가 주관하며, 오는 14일 영덕대게로 유명한 강구면 해파랑공원 일대에서 진행된다.
먼저 등대음악회는 발라드 가수 케이시 비롯해 가야금과 통기타로 구성된 노래가야금야금, 비파 연주의 비파선셋, 성악 페도라솔리스트 등 다양한 장르의 출연진들이 아름다운 음률을 수놓는다.
또한 음악회와 함께 인생네컷부스, 플리마켓, 체험부스, 플로깅 등 다양한 이벤트를 마련했다. 특히 영덕군이 강구·영덕북부수협, 정치망협회와 함께 마련하는 ‘삼치 먹는데이’는 깊어 가는 가을처럼 뭇사람들의 입맛을 돋울 전망이다.
삼치먹는데이 행사는 누구나 쉽게 맛볼 수 있도록 손질된 삼치를 무료로 시식할 수 있는 부스와 중치용 삼치 5~7마리를 2만 원에 구매할 수 있는 판매 부스로 구성돼 있으며, 200박스 물량 소진되면 조기 종료된다.
올해 영덕군 지역의 삼치 어황은 9월 기준 위판량 2,397톤, 위판금액 47억여만 원으로, 작년에 비해 3배 이상 증가해 현재 관내 위판 어종 중 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다.
영덕군은 이번 행사를 통해 위축된 수산물 소비를 촉진하고 관내 우수한 수산물 가공품을 전시하는 등 지역을 찾으신 분들께 우수하고 신선한 수산물을 선별해 제공한다는 방침이다.
김광열 영덕군수는 “로맨틱한 음률이 흐르고 우수한 수산물의 풍미가 함께하는 영덕 바다에서 깊은 가을의 향수를 만끽하시길 바란다”고 전했다.
