이를 위해 울진군은 지난 18일 군청 영상회의실에서 울진군보건소, 울진소방서, 울진군의료원 등 관계기관과 ‘울진군 응급의료협의체’회의를 개최했다.
이날 회의에서는 응급환자가 골든타임 내, 신속·체계적인 의료서비스를 받기 위해 기관 간 협력체계를 강화하고, 군의 특성에 맞는 응급의료 발전 방안을 모색했다.
특히 119 구급대와 병원 간 원활한이송체계모색, 병원과 병원 간의 이송체계 구축, 재난응급의료 비상대응체계 현안 등 주요 안건에 대한 의견을 나누었다.
앞으로 협의체는 지역 내 부적정 이송·수용 등에 대해 주기적으로 점검하고, 그 결과를 환류하여 응급의료체계를 개선해 나갈 예정이다.
남화모 울진군보건소장은 “관내 응급의료자원 부족으로 현재 중증 응급환자는 관외 지역으로 이송되고 있는 상황”이라며, “응급환자가 적시에 적정 응급실에서 치료받을 수 있도록 소방서, 응급의료기관과 함께 군민의 생명을 지키기위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
