코로나-19로 소상공인의 경제적 부담을 경감하기 위해 한시적으로 일회용품 사용규제를 완화했으나, 이달 24일부터는 규제가 강화되어 매장 면적과 위반 횟수에 따라 최대 300만원 이하의 과태료가 부과된다.
