경기브레이크뉴스 강성봉 편집국장이 사단법인 전국지역신문협회 경기도협의회가 수여하는 ‘최우수기자상’을 수상했다.
전지협 경기도협의회는 지난 1월 10일 오전 경기도의회 중회의실에서 회원사 대표들이 참여한 가운데 총회와 함께 자랑스런 기자상 시상식을 개최했다.
강성봉 편집국장은 △지역현안에 대한 심층보도를 통한 지역 문제 해결해결 노력, △미담 발굴 등을 통한 지역을 좀 더 살기 좋은 곳으로 만들기 위한 노력, △소상공인·자영업자 등에 대한 지속적인 보도를 통한 지역경제 활성화 기여, △한국사회에서 소수자로서 차별로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 중국동포들과 다문화 가족을 대변하는 활동 등을 이유로 이상을 수상했다.
