브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자는 이달 19일부터 25일까지 1주일간 진행한 갤럭시 S24 시리즈의 국내 사전판매가 121만대를 기록했다고 26일 밝혔다. 121만대는 역대 갤럭시 S 시리즈 사전판매 중 최다 판매 신기록이다.
직전까지의 최다 사전판매 기록은 지난해 출시한 갤럭시 S23 시리즈가 가지고 있었다. 이 모델은 지난해 1주일간 진행했던 사전판매에서 109만대를 기록했다. 갤럭시 S24 시리즈는 이 기록을 1년만에 갈아치웠다.
갤럭시 스마트폰 중 역대 최다 사전판매 기록은 갤럭시 노트10이 가지고 있다. 이 모델은 2019년 8월 138만대의 사전판매를 기록한 바 있으며, 사전판매 기간이 11일이었다.
일평균 기록을 비교하면, 1주일간 121만대를 사전판매한 갤럭시 S24 시리즈가 일평균 17만3000여대로, 노트 10의 12만 5000여대를 넘어섰다.
