브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국타이어앤테크놀로지는 LS네트웍스의 스포츠 브랜드 ‘프로-스펙스’와 협업해 올터레인(ALL-TERRAIN) 트레일 러닝화 ‘사패(SAPAE)’를 출시한다고 8일 밝혔다.
한국타이어와 프로-스펙스의 협업 제품 출시는 이번이 네 번째다. 스니커즈, 운동화, 러닝화, 골프화에 이어 트레일 러닝화를 출시함으로써 한층 다양한 일상 상황들로 고객들과의 소통 접점을 확대하고, 한국타이어의 혁신적인 기술력을 전달하기 위해 기획됐다.
새롭게 출시된 올터레인 트레일 러닝화 ‘사패’는 거친 오프로드 환경에서 러닝을 즐기는 소비자들을 위한 제품이다. 아웃솔 내측 중심부 소재로 한국타이어의 고무 컴파운드를 사용하고, 한국타이어의 SUV용 타이어인 ‘다이나프로(Dynapro)’의 트레드 패턴에서 착안한 아웃솔 디자인을 적용해 강한 접지력과 마찰력을 제공하는 것이 특징이다.
또한, 앞꿈치(포어풋) 착지를 고려해 전족부에 쿠션감을 더하고, 발목과 뒷꿈치의 뒤틀림을 잡아주면서 충격을 분산시켜주는 ‘힐 스테빌라이저’를 적용해 트레일 러닝에 적합한 포어풋 러닝 구조로 설계됐다.
블랙과 라이트 그레이 색상으로 출시된 ‘사패’는 프로-스펙스의 국내 주요 오프라인 매장과 온라인 공식 스토어 등에서 구매 가능하다.
한편, 한국타이어는 프로-스펙스와 2022년부터 협업을 지속하고 있다. 첫 협업에서는 올웨더 타이어 ‘키너지 4S2’의 트레드 패턴을 아웃솔에 적용한 운동화 ‘블레이드 HK’와 한국타이어의 CI 컬러를 적용한 스니커즈 '에어스카이 HK'를 선보였다.
두 번째 협업에서는 레이싱 타이어 컴파운드를 활용한 고기능성 카본 러닝화 ‘에너젯 플러스’와, 전기차 전용 타이어 브랜드 ‘아이온’의 혁신 기술력과 디자인을 담은 ‘에너젯 아이온’을 출시했다. 지난해 11월 세 번째 협업에서는 스파이크리스 골프화 ‘그랜드슬램82 HK’를 한정판으로 출시한 바 있다.
