[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 한국남동발전(사장·김회천)은 15일 발표된 중소벤처기업부 주관 ‘2023년도 공공기관 동반성장 실적평가’에서 최우수 기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
공공기관 동반성장 실적평가는 ‘상생협력법 제19조’에 의거 동반성장 문화확산을 위한 공공기관의 선도적인 역할과 노력을 유도하기 위해 시행하고 있다.
한국남동발전은 해외 수출경쟁력 강화, 에너지생태계 기술선도, 함께도약 사회적가치 실현 등 3가지 추진 전략을 수립·실행하여 협력기업과의 동반성장에 앞장서고 있다.
남동발전은 지난 2012년 국내 발전사 최초로 수목적법인인 G-TOPS(주)를 설립해 지금까지 약 2800 건에 이르는 해외 프로젝트 입찰참여와 중소기업 발전기자재 누적 수출 1905만달러를 달성했다.
또 한국남동발전은 R&D CARE 플랫폼을 운영, 해상풍력발전 고장감시 시스템 개발 등 지난해만 47건의 연구개발과제 지원을 통해 원천기술 확보 및 에너지 자립화를 달성하는데 크게 기여했다.
한국남동발전 관계자는 “협력중소기업 대상으로 다양한 맞춤형 지원 프로그램을 개발하여 대·중소기업 동반성장을 위해 선도적인 역할을 계속해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
