세종시교육청은 30일자로 정책 수립과 추진을 담당할 교육전문직원 임용후보자 선발을 위해 ‘2024년 시행 교육전문직원 선발 공개 전형 계획’을 세종시교육청 누리집에 공고했다.
선발 규모는 교감 ,일반 ,임기제 ,재전직 등 총 4개 계열에 대해서 학교급별 선발 영역을 달리해 우수한 품성과 역량을 겸비한 교육전문직원(장학사 및 연구사) 임용후보자를 총 27명 이내 선발할 계획이다.
특히, 일반 계열 선발 평가는 2차 전형에 소양을 평가하는 장학 과목을 추가함으로써, 다양한 문제에 대해 교육활동과 관련된 현장 지원 경험을 바탕으로 한 창의적이고 실천적인 해결책을 제시할 수 있는 능력을 평가하도록 설계됐다.
지난해와 달리 이번 교육전문직원 선발에서는 교감 자격 소지 교사를 교감 계열에 통합해 선발 기회를 확대했다.
