[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 개업공인중개사의 신뢰도 회복과 함께 건전한 중개문화 형성을 도모하고자 모범적으로 중개업을 영위하고 있는 우리 지역 대표 공인중개사인 ‘우리동네 공인중개사’ 34개소를 지정하고 13일 인증패 수여식을 실시 했다.
이번에 지정된 ‘우리동네 공인중개사’는 엄격한 기준을 적용해 김해시에 등록된 1,200여개 중개업소를 대상으로 중개업소 등록지역에서 5년 이상 계속해 영업하면서 행정처분 및 중개관련 민원 발생 이력이 없고 중개보조원 고용 및 중개사무소의 운영 실태, 3년 누적 부동산거래 건수가 100건 이상으로 경험이 풍부한지 등을 종합적으로 고려해 지정했다.
‘우리동네 공인중개사’는 김해시에서 시행하는 다양한 부동산 시책 등에 활용할 예정이며 시민이 중개업소 이용 시 참고할 수 있도록 김해시 대표누리집에 명단을 공개할 예정이다.
김홍국 김해시 토지정보과장은 “이번에 선정된 중개업소가 건전한 부동산거래질서 확립에 선도적 역할을 할 것으로 기대하며 인력 풀을 계속적으로 운영해 해당 인증제를 유지 및 확대해 나갈 계획이다”고 밝혔다.
