브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT&G 상상마당이 ‘제16회 대단한 단편영화제’의 출품작을 오는 23일까지 공개 모집한다.
2007년 시작된 ‘대단한 단편영화제’는 KT&G 상상마당이 국내 유수의 단편영화 발굴 및 지원을 위한 문화공헌 프로그램이다.
공모 대상작은 2023년 6월 1일 이후 새로 제작된 20분 미만 단편영화이며, 예심을 통과한 작품들은 오는 9월 5일부터 10일까지 KT&G 상상마당 시네마에서 열리는 영화제에서 상영된다. 이 중 관객 평가와 전문위원들의 심사를 통해 선정된 7개 우수 작품에 대해 시상이 진행되며, 수상자들에게는 총 1700만원의 상금과 트로피가 수여된다.
또한, 이번 영화제에서는 우수한 단편 시나리오를 발굴하고 제작을 지원하기 위해 신설된 ‘제작지원 프로젝트’도 함께 진행된다. 심사를 거쳐 선정된 우수 시나리오에 대해서는 제작지원금 1000만원이 지원되며, 완성된 작품은 차기 영화제에서 상영될 예정이다.
