브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회가 국민이 체감하는 ‘경마공정성 강화’ 대책을 수립하기 위해 ‘2024년 공정경마 공모전’을 개최한다.
이번 공모전은 경마공정성을 강화하기 위해 지난해 최초로 시행됐다. 선정된 총 15편의 수상작을 활용해 경마공정성에 대한 국민 인식을 개선했다. 이에 힘입어 올해에도 경마의 공정한 문화를 정착할 수 있도록 공모전을 개최한다.
‘2024 공정경마 공모전’의 주제는 ‘경마공정성 강화를 위한 아이디어 및 콘텐츠’로, 총 4개의 분야(아이디어, 슬로건, 공정 엠블럼, 포스터)로 진행된다. 공모 기간은 오는 9월 29일 까지며 1·2차 심사를 통해 10월 중 총 24개의 아이디어 및 작품을 선정할 예정이다.
총상금은 1000만원 규모다. 아이디어·포스터 분야 최우수상작에는 200만원의 상금이, 슬로건·공정 엠블럼 분야 최우수상작에는 50만원의 상금이 수여된다. 선정된 우수 수상작들은 향후 한국마사회의 공정경마 홍보 자료로 활용된다.
대한민국 국민 누구나 참여할 수 있는 ‘2024 공정경마 공모전은’ 이메일을 통해 신청 가능하다. 신청서식 및 보다 자세한 사항은 한국마사회 홈페이지 공지사항을 통해 확인할 수 있다.
한국마사회 송대영 경마본부장은 “경마의 공정성은 한국마사회를 포함해 경주마관계자 모두가 지켜야 하는 필수 가치로, 이를 실현하기 위해서는 국민들이 공감하는 집단지성의 힘이 필요하다”며 “국민이 체감할 수 있는 경마공정성 향상을 위해 더욱 매진하겠다”고 말했다.
