오산시, 이륜차 불법행위 합동단속

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=오산 이현준기자] 오산시는 이륜차 배기소음 및 불법개조 합동단속을 실시했다.

지난 8일 금암동 일원에서 환경과, 오산경찰서 및 한국교통안전공단 경기남부본부와 합동으로 배달 오토바이 소음 등 불법행위로 인한 주민불편 민원이 지속 제기돼 실시하게 됐다.

주요 단속사항은 ▲소음기 불법 개조 ▲소음 허용기준 초과 ▲번호판 가림 ▲안전기준 위반 ▲LED등화 임의설치 등 불법 개조 여부이다.

이륜차의 주요 소음원은 과속이나 소음기 불법 구조변경 등이 원인이며 소음허용기준을 초과할 경우 행정처분(개선명령,사용정지 등)과 함께 200만 원 이하의 과태료가 부과된다.
