브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 인터넷 이용 중 발생할 수 있는 불안과 걱정을 해소하기 위해 ‘토탈안심 인터넷’을 출시한다고 4일 밝혔다.
‘토탈안심 인터넷’은 인공지능(AI) 기술과 프리미엄 보안 솔루션을 결합해 스미싱, 악성코드, 유해사이트 등 다양한 사이버 위협으로부터 사용자를 보호하는 서비스다. 문제가 발생했을 때는 전문가의 원격점검을 받을 수 있어 더욱 안전하게 이용할 수 있다.
AI 학습모델을 기반으로 위협 요인을 신속하고 정확하게 탐지하고 차단하며, V3 엔진을 기반으로 한 프리미엄 백신을 통해 PC와 스마트폰의 바이러스 검사와 최적화 기능을 제공한다.
또한, 인터넷 이용 중 문제가 발생하면 IT 전문 컨설턴트의 원격 점검 서비스를 받을 수 있어 PC 사용에 익숙하지 않은 고객도 손쉽게 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 원격 점검 시 AI 기술을 활용해 고객 이용 패턴을 분석하고 맞춤형 진단 및 문제 해결을 지원해 서비스의 신속성과 정확성을 높였다.
