세종시가 지역 중견기업의 애로사항을 신속하게 해결하기 위해 기업과 공무원을 1:1로 매칭하는 '기업소통관제'를 올해부터 본격 운영한다고 10일 밝혔다.
이 제도는 담당 공무원들이 기업의 어려움을 직접 발굴하고 문제를 신속하게 해결하는 데 중점을 두고 있으며, 기업 현장의 목소리를 시 정책에 반영하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 마련되었다.
세종시는 관내 중견기업과 '세종시 기업인의 날'에서 수상한 기업 중 13개 기업을 선정해, 경제산업국 소속 사무관 13명을 각 기업의 전담 '기업소통관'으로 지정했다. 이들은 앞으로 전담 기업들을 직접 방문하거나 전화 면담을 통해 기업의 애로 및 규제 사항을 수시로 파악할 예정이다.
기업소통관은 기업의 문제를 신속하게 해결하기 위해 관계 부서 및 기관과의 협조를 통해 적극 지원할 계획이다. 이를 통해 세종시는 기업들이 겪는 어려움을 실질적으로 해소하고, 기업과의 소통을 강화하여 지역 경제 활성화에 기여할 예정이다.
