(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 법무부 인천보호관찰소가 18일, 보호관찰관의 사회봉사명령 집행지시에 불응하고 이행을 장기간 지연한 사회봉사명령 대상자 A씨를 구인하여 인천구치소에 유치했다고 밝혔다.
인천보호관찰소에 따르면, A씨는 지난 2024년 음주운전죄 등으로 인천지방법원에서 징역 2년 6월, 집행유예 3년, 사회봉사명령 200시간, 수강명령 40시간이 선고되어 형이 확정됐다.
그러나 A씨는 보호관찰관의 사회봉사명령 집행지시에 정당한 사유 없이 불응하고 사회봉사명령 이행을 장기간 지연하여 서면경고를 4차례 받는 등 준수사항 위반으로 구인영장이 발부됐다.
이후 노상에서 거동이 수상하다는 주민의 신고로 구인되어 인천보호관찰소에서 조사를 받은 뒤 인천구치소에 유치됐다.
인천보호관찰소는 A씨에 대해 집행유예의 취소를 신청한 상태로 현재 법원의 심리가 진행중이다.
