(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 지난 23일 인천시청 대회의실에서 ‘Next Incheon (Inner City Global Initiative)’ 포럼을 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 이번 포럼은 ‘노후계획도시 정비 및 지원에 관한 특별법’시행(2024.4.27.)에 발맞춰, 인천시가 수립 중인 노후계획도시정비기본계획의 정책 방향성과 실행 전략을 대내외에 공유하고, 시민 및 전문가들의 다양한 의견을 폭넓게 수렴하기 위해 마련됐다.
포럼에는 시민을 비롯해 정비사업 자문단, 추진단(TF), 관계 공무원 등이 참석해 노후계획도시정비사업에 대한 높은 관심을 보여줬다.
행사는 총 2부로 진행됐다.
1부에서는 에드워드 양 총괄계획가(MP)가 미래정주환경, 장소 혁신, 탄소중립, 신산업 4.0의 4대 전략을 중심으로 한 노후계획도시정비의 비전과 전략을 발표했으며, 정대혁 상무(용역사)는 5개 노후계획도시의 지구별 현황과 구체적인 정비 방안 등에 대해 설명했다.
