충남 예산군과 예산축산농협이 고령 축산농가의 교육 접근성을 높이기 위해 올해 하반기에도 현장 중심의 축산업 종사자 보수교육을 대대적으로 실시한다.
군은 오는 7월 4일부터 11월 7일까지 약 5개월에 걸쳐 총 7차례의 순회 교육을 권역별로 운영한다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 축산법 제33조의2 및 가축전염예방법 제17조의3에 명시된 법정 의무교육으로, 축산업 허가자와 가축사육업 등록자, 가축거래상인, 축산차량 운전자 등이 정해진 주기에 맞춰 반드시 이수해야 하는 법적 책무다.
군은 지난해 6차례 순회 교육을 실시한 데 이어, 올해는 총 7회로 확대 편성해 교육 기회를 한층 넓혔다. 특히 디지털 매체 활용이 어려운 고령 축산농가를 고려해 온라인 교육 대신 대면 교육 중심의 현장 순회 방식으로 추진된다.
