NH농협은행, 세종시 24개 학교에 체육 발전기금 전달

세종특별자치시교육청(교육감 최교진)은 8일 오전 10시, 교육청 3층 접견실에서 NH농협은행 세종본부(본부장 홍순옥)와 함께 ‘학교체육 발전기금 전달식’을 열고, 지역 내 체육 유망주 지원에 본격 나섰다.

이날 행사에는 최교진 교육감을 비롯해 NH농협은행 세종본부 관계자들이 참석했으며, 농협 측은 세종시 학생선수들의 경기력 향상과 안정적 훈련 여건 조성을 위해 총 6천만 원의 발전기금을 기탁했다. 해당 기금은 제54회 전국소년체육대회에서 입상한 선수들과 학교운동부가 운영 중인 24개 초·중·고교에 전달될 예정이다.

올해 발전기금 수혜 대상 학교는 '초등학교 12곳(전의초, 조치원신봉초, 양지초, 보람초 등)', '중학교 7곳(전의중, 세종중, 새롬중 등)', '고등학교 5곳(두루고, 아름고, 세종고 등)'으로, 각 학교 운동부의 훈련 장비 보강 및 학생선수 복지 향상 등에 활용된다.
