(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 지난 9일 구청에서 사회복지법인 네트워크와 부평형 지역사회 통합돌봄 ‘재가돌봄기구 영양죽 지원사업’ 추진을 위한 업무 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, ‘재가돌봄가구 영양죽 지원사업’은 부평형 지역사회 통합돌봄 사업 중 하나로, 고령·장애·만성질환으로 인해 소화·흡수 능력이 저하된 대상자에게 질환별 맞춤형 조리 유동식(영양죽) 및 시중 유동식(마시는 영양(당뇨)식)을 지원하는 사업이다.
이번 협약으로 사회복지법인 네트워크(대표이사 홍현송)는 동 행정복지센터 통합돌봄창구를 통해 섭식장애로 영양죽 지원이 필요한 대상자를 추천 받아, 직접 2천만원 상당의 시중 유동식을 후원·연계한다.
부평구는 추천대상자 관리, 서비스 제공 후 이용자에 대한 점검 업무 등을 맡게 된다.
권효정 사회복지법인 네트워크 관리이사는 “사회복지법인 네트워크는 부평구 내에서 어려운 이웃을 위해 부평동에서 무료급식소를 30년 가까이 운영하는 등 복지사각지대 대상자에게 다양한 후원사업을 진행하고 있다”며 “이번 협약으로 부평구에서 식사가 어려워 돌봄이 필요한 어르신들의 가정으로 영양죽을 지원함으로써, 그분들의 삶의 터전에까지 나눔을 전하게 되어 기쁘다”고 말했다.

한편, ‘부평형 지역사회 통합돌봄사업’은 거동이 불편하거나 사회적 입원으로 퇴원하여 돌봄이 필요한 분들이 살던 집에서 지역사회와 살아갈 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.
