브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 서울 용산구 유엔군사령부(UN사) 부지에 들어서는 '더파크사이드 스위트'의 청약이 마감됐다. 평균 경쟁률 1.67대 1이며 최고 경쟁률은 41대 1을 기록했다.
16일 청약홈에 따르면 전날 마감된 청약에는 775실 모집에 1296명이 청약을 접수하면서 평균 1.67대 1의 경쟁률을 나타냈다.
최고 경쟁률을 기록한 5군은 기타지역에서 최고 41대 1로 집계됐다. 거주자우선은 28대 1의 경쟁률을 보였다.
이번 청약은 전용면적에 따라 ▲1군(53~56㎡) ▲2군(61~69㎡) ▲3군(70~84㎡) ▲4군(94~105㎡) ▲5군(183~185㎡ 펜트하우스)로 구분해 접수가 진행됐다.
특히 이번 청약의 핵심으로 볼 수 있는 5군은 펜트하우스로, 용산공원 영구 조망과 더불어 희소성과 독립성이 부각되며 자산가들의 수요가 집중됐다.
1군은 1~2인 가구와 실거주 수요를 중심으로 지원이 몰려 거주자우선 6.97대 1, 기타지역 2.55대 1의 경쟁률을 나타냈다.
