(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시의회가 16일, 한민수 의원(국민의힘․남동구5)이 최근 인천남동구의회 황규진 총무위원장과의 면담을 통해 ‘2025년도 수시분 공유재산관리계획안(닥터헬기 계류장 설치)’이 ‘제305회 남동구의회 임시회’ 총무위원회 제5차 회의에서 재상정될 예정이라고 밝혔다.
인천시의회에 따르면, ‘닥터헬기 계류장 설치 사업’은 인천시 남동구 월례 근린공원 인근에 총사업비 73억 원을 투입해 이착륙장, 격납고, 방음벽 등을 포함한 전용 시설을 마련하는 내용으로, 지난 6월 남동구의회 총무위원회는 해당 공유재산관리계획안을 본회의에 부의하지 않은 바 있다.
이번 재상정 추진은 응급환자의 골든타임 확보와 인천시민의 의료복지 향상을 위한 필수 인프라를 조속히 마련해야 한다는 각계의 공감 속에서 이뤄졌다.
특히, 남동구의회 총무위원장과 인천시 보건의료정책과장의 적극적 협의와 행정적 뒷받침이 핵심적 역할을 했다.
한민수 의원은 “이번 재상정은 인천시와 인천시의회, 남동구의회 등에서 각자의 역할을 다하며 협의와 설득을 통해 만들어낸 결실”이라며 “22일 예정된 총무위원회에서 300만 인천시민의 생명과 안전을 위한 성숙한 판단이 내려지길 바란다”고 말했다.
그는 또 “닥터헬기는 생명을 구조하기 위한 응급의료 인프라의 최전선에 있는 만큼 사업이 조속히 정상 추진돼 인천시민의 생명 안전망이 한층 더 강화됐으면 좋겠다”고 덧붙였다.
