‘AI 업무꿀팁세트’는 학교 현장에서 자주 사용되는 정보와 기능을 AI 기반으로 정리해 제공함으로써, 복잡한 행정업무를 보다 효율적으로 처리할 수 있도록 돕는다. 이번 1호 세트는 실용성이 높은 다섯 가지 기능으로 구성됐다.
우선, ‘경북교육 모든 누리집 길 찾기’ 서비스는 키워드 검색만으로 경북교육청 산하 웹사이트에 빠르게 접근할 수 있도록 했고, ‘나만의 업무 일정표’ 기능은 학교급과 업무 분야별로 맞춤형 월간 일정을 제공해, 교직원이 자신의 일정에 맞게 손쉽게 편집·활용할 수 있도록 했다.
또한, ‘교육공무직 노무관리 Q&A’는 복무, 휴가, 채용 등 노무와 관련한 질의응답 자료를 AI가 유사 사례 중심으로 정리해 제공하며, ‘업무 경감 자동화 프로그램’은 공기질 자동 업로드, 계약서식 자동 출력 등 11종의 프로그램으로 행정 절차를 간소화한다. 아울러, ‘업무 배송 서비스’ 조회 기능은 공문 내용을 시기별로 정리해 손쉽게 찾아볼 수 있도록 지원한다.
해당 서비스는 경북교육청 인공지능 학교지원종합자료실 누리집과 업무용 메신저 ‘GBeeTALK’의 퀵메뉴를 통해 이용할 수 있다.
임종식 교육감은 “AI는 교직원의 역할을 대신하는 것이 아니라 수업과 생활지도에 집중할 수 있도록 돕는 조력자”라며 “학교 현장의 의견을 반영한 실질적인 지원을 지속 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
