28일 인크루트에 따르면 구직 중인 대학생 1176명을 대상으로 국내 증시(코스피·코스닥) 시가총액 상위 170개사(6월 5일 기준, 지주사·금융사·공기업 제외)에 가장 일하고 싶은 기업을 조사한 결과, 올해 1위는 사상 처음으로 ‘SK하이닉스(7.1%)’가 차지했다. 지난해보다 순위가 무려 8위나 오르면서 ‘채용 브랜딩 파워’를 선보였다.
SK하이닉스를 선택한 대학생들은 압도적으로 ‘만족스러운 급여와 보상 제도(66.7%)’를 선택 이유로 꼽았다. 남성 구직자들로부터 가장 높은 표(9.3%)를 얻었으며, 전공별로는 공학·전자 전공생들(16.8%)이 가장 일하고 싶은 기업으로 뽑았다.
